- Can my technicians use it in the field?
- Yes. There's a dedicated field app where techs see their day, open job details, follow checklists, and update status — separate from the office back-office.
- How do payments work?
- Crewmont uses Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account, and customers pay invoices, deposits, and memberships by card. Money settles directly to your account. Card payments are 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction — Stripe's standard rate, with no markup from Crewmont.
- Do you support multiple locations?
- Yes — the Business plan adds multi-location branches, so you can run several shops or regions with shared customers and per-branch scheduling.
- Is my data secure?
- Each business's data is isolated at the database level, access is role-based, and every change is recorded in an audit log.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings — no long-term contract.
